    Was this really an assisted living?  Most ALFs do not do puree food, have a social worker, or allow people to be restrained in wheelchairs all day.  I know that a lot of people do not know the difference but most states define ALF as a place that provides assistance with activities of daily living and cannot offer nursing care.  ...
