  • Re: VA Aid and Attendance Benefits when the spouse is widowed - but married again

    Hi Paul when I went and looked at the Aid and Attendance benefits it states that the widow is eligible if she was married to him when he died and she is the surviving widow, there is nothing that I could find that states that she is ineligible because she remarried.
