I went to pay mom's bill at the nursing home yesterday and there was no SS check there, I have POA and always pay the bill I find out the nursing home had her, mom, who has demintia, sign a paper to have the nursing home get the check. I was never asked or told of this and i want to know if this is legal, i doubt it but the lawyers are all so busy they can't find time to even call me about it. what do any of u think?
