CAREGIVER EVENING SUPPORT GROUP Who: The Support Group is open for caregivers, families, partners or individuals wanting to learn more about Alzheimer’s and dementia. What: Join us for an evening of Q & A about Alzheimer’s and dementia. The Support Group is presented by a trained facilitator. When: February 28, 2012. 6 p.m. Snacks and coffee are provided.
