After being alerted to this site https://www.dtv2009.gov/FAQ.aspx and doing further research, it would appear that we would break the law were we to donate coupons to seniors living LTC facilities as it does require someone to verify the coupon is for use in their own, legally defined, single family residence. Guess we need to lobby the legislatures to get this restriction removed and that doesn't seem likely to occur in the time frame available to request your coupon.
