               Ever Wonder What It’s Like to Live with Alzheimer’s and Dementia?  Autumn Leaves Virtual Dementia Experience Takes

                  Families Friends and Healthcare Professionals through a Series of Sensory Deficit Simulations Similar to the Effects of Alzheimer’s.                                   Who:           Virtual Dementia Experience – Through the Alzheimer’s Looking Glass. Autumn Leaves of McKinney will give a tour by showing what it’s like to experience the sensory deficits of Alzheimer’s and dementia. Autumn Leaves Co-Founder Jane Anderson, R.N. will give a presentation at noon.                            What:         A Virtual Dementia Experience tour is designed to help families, friends and healthcare professionals understand the effects of what it’s like living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.  Lunch will be provided.      When:        Wednesday - June 6, 2012 Virtual Dementia Experience Tour starts at: 10:00 a.m. –till- noon.
