    Thanks!  This is an extremely valuable tool that our families need to hear about.  I think many of the problems with medication is lack of hydration.  The pyramid recommends at least 8 glasses of water per day.  I know many seniors who don't drink unless they are eating a meal or just a gulp with pills.  This is not enough to hydrate them and allow the medications to be properly diluted.
