My brother had guardianship over my mother, my mother died under suspicious circumstances and now I cannot get to her records because of him being guardian. I need to see if the home did something malicious against my mother to cause her death. She had no chronic illnesses and she was very depressed because of being in the home. A lawyer told me that I could not get the records I was asking for because the laws were so strengant here in Texas concerning guardianship.
