    Troubling Back pain, have you heard...

    I'm taking care of an elderly aunt  (granted she is pretty spry) who suffers from back pain she has tried medications to no help, has anybody heard

    of this new product to help relieve pain you can view it at www.spinedokk.com & let me know if it worthwhile...otherwise any suggestions?

    5 fantabulous ways to get rid of back pains, as quickly as possible: Sleep on solid consistent beds. This is very good for the spine; you do not want to wake up again feeling that annoying pain. Maintain a good sleeping posture. You can try sleeping on the sides; help to maintain the normal “lordosis” of the spine. Engage in moderate aerobic exercise. This could involve walking, riding an exercise bicycle or swimming, and will help stretch the back muscles and reduce pain transmission. Avoid those unnecessary sit-ups, after all they are unnecessary. Eat food rich in calcium, phosphorus, vitamin D… that bone also (chuckles!).
