Alzheimer's Caregivers Support Group - Autumn Leaves of Fossil Creek
Caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer's disease can be overwhelming and stressful. Autumn Leaves of Fossil Creek is here to help at our monthly Caregiver support group by providing information on local resources, education and support.
Our support group meets on the 2nd Thursday every month at 7:00 p.m. and is open to anyone whose loved one may be affected by dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
