     There are some physical and holistic methods to reduce stress and to lower blood pressure:-

    Physical methods

    1. Sunset relaxation therapy:- It is an imperative theraphy and control blood pressure without complications.

    2. Try to be relaxed

    3 Laugh :- Watch funny movies and video to laugh. it is proven form of relaxation.

    4. Don't take stress by reading the news papers or by watching the news. Avoid them to feel relaxed.

    5. Daily 10-15 min. exercise makes your body active and keeps you stress free.

    6. Take healthy and right food.Avoid junk and fast food.

    Holistic methods

    1. Color therapy

    2. Pet theraphy

    3. Massage

    4. Avoid smoking

    5. Avoid negative situations and people to reduce stress

    6. Music therapy, etc.

    My grandma does some of them. For the physical she does 3 and 5. For the holistic, I have to say owning a pet really takes a lot of the stress away. I have a dog and my grandma takes care of him and is really fond of him.

     If your senior is facing blood pressure or stress problem then there is need to hire home help services. If you are not too busy then it is fine. By hiring the care givers, you are making them secure.

    You have a great list here that seniors can follow if they want to live a much healthier life and enjoy their retirement years. I think if the elderly can follow any of these, they will surely reduce their stress levels and lower their blood pressure in the most natural and safest ways. This is also highly recommended to seniors who are receiving care and medical attention in nursing homes. Aside from the care they receive, they can also do this to make the healing process much faster.
