I suggested he apply for EXTRA HELP (a program thru Medicare & Social security for variuos income levels) that:
1. reduces the monthly premium to ZERO
2. eliminates the dounut hole to ZERO
3.Prices generics at aprox $2
4. Prices Brand Px at aprox $5
basicly about 95% coverage. And 'helpful1" says that "the costs are still fairly high" REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
